Annabell was selected alongside a small group of stylists from across the UK and will be undertaking a year of training to strengthen her professional knowledge of hair health, scalp health and personalised hair care. Learning from the experts at L’Oreal in London

Annabell’s first training session took place in London, where she joined fellow selected stylists to learn directly from the education team at L’Oreal and Kerastase. Over the course of the next year, she will attend a series of in-person and online training modules, working closely with Kerastase educators to develop her expertise.

These sessions focus on:
• How important the initial consultation experience is to meet our guests’ haircare needs;
• Advanced hair and scalp diagnosis;
