How Reiki can help boost your wellbeing, feeling a bit overwhelmed and anxious about life?

As well as reflexology which is offered by our very own trained Reflexologist, Laura-Jane, Tori is a trained Reiki specialist and is on hand every Monday (and some Wednesdays and Thursdays) to offer mood-boosting Reiki sessions.

Whether you’re feeling stressed, emotionally depleted, or simply in need of a reset, Reiki provides a gentle yet deeply restorative way to reconnect with yourself—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
What Is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and encourages the body’s natural healing processes. Using light touch or hands-off techniques, Reiki allows warm, soothing energy to flow from Tori’s hands through to you. It’s natural. It’s safe. It’s a none-religious practice and is suitable for everyone.
What happens during a Reiki treatment?
Whether you choose a 25 min or 55min treatment, it’ll take place in one of our beautiful, calm spa treatment rooms. You’ll remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on the massage bed. Tori will gently place her hands on or just above various areas of your body. There’s no pressure or manipulation—just stillness and warmth as energy flows from her to you.
You may experience sensations such as tingling, warmth, or deep relaxation, and many people feel a sense of emotional release or inner clarity. Every session is unique, but the goal is always the same: to leave you feeling balanced, restored, and more connected to yourself.
