We’re delighted to announce that Shelly has joined our salon team as our new Hair Apprentice.

Shelly already brings a lot of valuable experience, having previously worked in another salon and has already successfully completed her Level 2 qualification. With her passion for hairdressing and her positive attitude, we know she’ll fit right in! When Creative Director / Operations Director, Dan, met her, he was impressed by her enthusiasm and knowledge. “She’s keen to learn” says Dan “and she’ll make a fantastic addition to our growing team”.

As she continues her journey towards achieving her Level 3 qualification, Shelly is excited to build on her skills and knowledge in all aspects of hairdressing. She’s particularly looking forward to learning in a busy, professional salon environment and having access to invaluable Kerastase and L’Oreal training.

But as well as learning new technical skills Shelly is looking forward to learning about the Obsession customer care, something we’re all really passionate and proud about and something which consistently delivers us 5* reviews.

Supporting her development will be our talented Creative Stylist, Kerry, who has years of experience across all areas of hairdressing, including styling and colouring. With Kerry’s guidance and mentoring, Shelly will be able to build confidence and master new techniques, ensuring she has the very best training and support as she progresses. This is also a great opportunity for Kerry, as mentoring Shelly will help her continue to develop her own skills in coaching and leadership, something she is very passionate about.
